QuickBrekky Terms of Use

By downloading or using QuickBrekky ("the app"), made by Bals Digital ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Using the app

QuickBrekky gives you breakfast recipes, a cooking mode, a meal planner and related tools for your personal, non-commercial use. The recipes, texts and illustrations belong to Bals Digital. Please don't copy or redistribute them outside the app.

Food, allergies and nutrition

  • Allergens. Allergen labels (eggs, dairy, gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, fish, sesame) are generated from each recipe's ingredient list and may be incomplete. Ingredients you buy can contain allergens or traces that the app can't know about. Always check product labels, especially if you or someone you cook for has a severe allergy.
  • Nutrition. Calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, fiber and sugar are approximate estimates per serving, calculated from typical ingredient values. They are general information, not medical or dietary advice. Talk to a doctor or dietitian about specific health needs.
  • Kitchen safety. Cooking involves heat, sharp tools and raw ingredients. Use common sense, cook eggs and other foods thoroughly where appropriate, and supervise children, including with recipes from the "Kids & picky eaters" pack.

QuickBrekky PRO

PRO is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. The yearly plan may include a free trial for new subscribers.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
  • The free PRO recipe of the day is a preview and changes daily.

Your data

Your favorites, plans and history are stored on your device and belong to you. You can delete them at any time in Settings. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Changes to the app

We may add, change or remove recipes and features, including through app updates. We'll keep the features included in PRO available for the period you've paid for.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, allergic reaction, loss or damage arising from preparing recipes or using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
